PSARB issued Provisional Registration to Starlink Internet Services Pakistan (Private) Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of SpaceX USA, on 21 Mar 2025 for the planning of ground segment infrastructure and completion of requisite formalities of other relevant authorities in Pakistan for launch of Starlink services in Pakistan. 

The Provisional Registration is temporary in nature and will remain valid until application of Starlink Internet Services Pakistan (Private) Limited is successfully processed against comprehensive regulations governing registration and subsequent authorization come into effect at later stage. PSARB is currently in the process of developing these regulations with the support of its Consultant.
