Pakistan Space Activities Regulatory Board (PSARB) has been constituted by Government of Pakistan under the Pakistan Space Activities Rules - 2024 and shall authorize and regulate all matters related to Outer Space and Upper Atmosphere in Pakistan
The Federal Government of Pakistan promulgated the Pakistan Space Activities Rules on February 02, 2024
PSARB is in the process of developing regulatory framework for the space sector. Registration with PSARB requires prior registration with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP). The preliminary step for registration with PSARB is online profile creation by the applicant which is currently open for satellite operators providing Radiocommunication Service (Telecommunication) in Pakistan.
